The Administration Building Lawn is most often rented as a spillover area for the Boxcar Stage/Lawn venue, but can be rented separately for small outdoor gatherings such as weddings and receptions. Providing some natural shaded areas, the Admin Lawn lends itself to tenting in a variety of configurations for almost any occasion that calls for outdoor, grassy space.
